Before entering the ring, salt is thrown to disperse bad spirits. The higher the throw, the higher the hopes for the bout.

Even the advertising is done in style. The more advertising before a bout, the higher the prize money. An announcer makes sure each sponsor is mentioned and their products are explained (fish flavor, wasabi flavor, see weed flavor…).
